1. Scope and purpose

Yeehai SEO Board (“the App”) is an internal business analytics tool operated by Guangzhou Yeehai Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“Yeehai,” “we,” or “us”). It is used only by authorized Yeehai personnel to aggregate authorized Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data, produce monthly reports, and perform statistical analysis. The App is not offered as a public consumer service.

2. Information we access and collect

When a user chooses to connect a Google account, the App may process:

• Basic account information: the Google account email address used to identify and display the connected account.
• Authorization information: OAuth access and refresh tokens, granted scopes, and connection status. We never receive or store Google passwords.
• Google Analytics 4 data: account and property names, Property IDs, web-stream information, and aggregated analytics such as organic sessions, users, engagement, key events, landing pages, devices, and countries/regions.
• Google Search Console data: authorized sites, search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position.
• App operations data: internal accounts, project configuration, resource mappings, synchronization timestamps, error records, and generated reports.

The App requests only the minimum read-only Google API scopes needed: account email, analytics.readonly, and webmasters.readonly. It does not modify GA4 or Search Console data or settings.

3. How we use information

We use this information solely to authorize and identify connected accounts; discover and match authorized GA4 and Search Console resources; generate internal dashboards, monthly or periodic reports, and aggregate statistics; provide trend insights and SEO recommendations; maintain security; troubleshoot synchronization; prevent abuse; and meet applicable compliance obligations.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, user profiling, credit assessment, or marketing unrelated to these disclosed purposes.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or disclose Google user data or end-user information to unrelated third parties. Access is limited to authorized Yeehai personnel with a legitimate work-related need. Data may be processed by contracted cloud, database, or security providers acting on our behalf and subject to confidentiality obligations; disclosed when required by applicable law or valid legal process; or used when necessary to protect the rights, safety, and legitimate interests of the App, Yeehai, users, or the public.

Yeehai SEO Board’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on protected cloud infrastructure controlled by Yeehai. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, secure sessions, encryption in transit, encrypted refresh-token storage, and least-privilege access. No transmission or storage method is completely secure; if a security incident may affect user data, we will respond and provide notifications as required by applicable law.

6. Retention, deletion, and user control

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain an authorized connection, or to meet legal obligations. When an administrator deletes a connected Google account from the App, its authorization tokens and resources and reports exclusive to that account are deleted. Project data shared with another valid authorized connection may be retained.

Users may decline OAuth authorization, ask an administrator to delete a connection, revoke access at any time through Google Account permissions, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. After identity and authority are verified, we will respond within a reasonable period, subject to lawful retention and security exceptions.

7. Children, policy changes, and contact

The App is an internal business tool, is not directed to children, and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. We may update this policy when our features, data practices, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted here with a new “last updated” date, and material changes will be communicated to authorized users as appropriate.
